Vacation House Watch Program

The Siler City Police Department makes available a service for residents to check on the security of their home while on an extended absence from town.  In order to request a house check, residents will need to:

1. Click on the link below to access the “Vacation House Watch Program Form”.  If you are unable to print the page, the forms are available at the police department.
2. Read, complete and sign (owner or renter must sign)
3. Submit the request using one of the following:

1.       Bring the form to the police department, 312 North Chatham Avenue, Siler City, NC

2.       Mail to:  Siler City Police Department, P.O. Box 769, Siler City, NC 27344

3.       Fax the form to 919-742-1360.  If you submit the form via fax please follow with the original via US mail within 2 business days.
