The Town of Siler City Planning Department is now the Office of Planning & Community Development. Under this office, we house two of the Town's public service departments, where our mission is to provide excellent customer service, establish a visible, collaborative, and positive presence in the community, guide development, and advance the goals and objectives of our Comprehensive Land Use Plan.

 

Our team can assist in several capacities that include the issuance of zoning permits, land use and development approvals, questions regarding Planning Board or Board of Adjustment meetings, community engagement, downtown Siler City, code enforcement, and much, much more.
