3.CONSENT AGENDA

Consent Agenda items are non-controversial routine items unanimously recommended for    approval by all involved parties. A single vote may be taken for the approval of ALL consent agenda items. Any individual council member may pull items off the consent agenda to discuss them. Items pulled off the consent agenda will be handled with the “NEW BUSINESS” agenda topic.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT

Each speaker is asked to limit comments to 3 minutes, and the requested total comment period ill be 15 minutes or less. Citizens should sign up with the Town Clerk by 6:15p, prior to the start of the meeting. Please provide the clerk with copies of any handouts you have for the Board. Although the Board is interested in hearing your concerns, speakers should not expect Board action or deliberation on subject matter brought up during the Public Comment segment.
